Delicious blueberries are the fruit of a cultivation created within its 1000 meters of forest adjacent , which can be reached after a nice walk among chestnut trees and undergrowth scents. The system created with carefully selected seedlings covers a preponderant space of the 5000 meters of land dedicated to small fruits.
The juicy raspberries that ripen in the heart of summer and at the dawn of autumn are an irresistible delicacy. Fleshy and giant fruits of a lively red that also fascinate the eye.
The fruit harvest is done entirely by hand with patience and dedication and the company’s guests can delight in these lively and intense flavours, impossible to find in city supermarkets. Diana uses the fruits in the preparation of irresistible homemade desserts and cakes.
Chestnuts
Fundamental products in the peasant diet of the past, chestnuts were a real object of research by Marco, to discover their uses and enhance the chestnuts of his ancient chestnut grove.
Vegetables
The garden is really the fruit of an act of love. Seasonal vegetables and mountain potatoes are grown, with particular attention to aromatic herbs of which Diana teaches healthy uses, aesthetic culinary preparations in meetings on her well-being.
Beekeeping
The hives have recently been renewed with a new swarm to resume an activity that had been lost, but which is considered fundamental for the ecological balance of the entire production system. An investment for life!
